Nothing can take the place of talking to someone who cares about you. Find a trusted friend, parent, teacher, religious leader, whomever you can. Find someone who cares enough to listen.

2. Ask for support
Talk to a trusted friend, parent, teacher, or counselor; if the thought of talking to someone scares you, fill out the letter below. Yes, it might feel a little strange handing a letter to someone asking for their support, but everyone has the right to ask for help however they can.
